Roche recently announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has provided further guidance on the requirements for the Biologics License Application (BLA) for ACTEMRA® (tocilizumab), the first interleukin-6 (IL-6) receptor-inhibiting monoclonal antibody studied for the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
Annual toy drive begins

UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School is conducting its annual toy drive through Tuesday, Dec. 16. New, unwrapped toys are being collected at the reception desk of the Clinical Academic Building, 125 Paterson St., New Brunswick. All donated toys will be distributed to local children through the Eric B. Chandler Health Center in New Brunswick.
